A fun and delightful dessert combining creamy chocolate and fluffy, ghost-shaped marshmallows, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of ghost marshmallows (or 4 packages of ghost Peeps)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, warmed
  • Graham crackers for serving
  • Mini chocolate chips for ghost eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In the bottom of a 9-inch oven-proof skillet, spread out 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of warmed heavy cream over the chocolate.
  4. Cover the mixture completely with a single layer of ghost marshmallows.
  5. Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes and a mouth on your marshmallow ghosts.
  6. Bake until the chocolate is melty and the marshmallows turn golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

For lighter options, use dark chocolate chips or coconut cream. Ensure not to overbake to avoid burnt marshmallows.
