A whimsical and delightful treat for Halloween, featuring strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 12 medium strawberries (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring between intervals.
  3. Dip strawberries halfway into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  4. Once chocolate is slightly set but still tacky, press mini marshmallows onto each strawberry for eyes.
  5. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the strawberries while the chocolate is still wet for a ghostly appearance.
  6. Allow the chocolate to fully set before transferring Boo-tiful Berry Ghosts to a serving platter.

Notes
